About the Role

Overview

As a Senior Associate of Marketing Automation, you will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for implementing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. Leveraging your expertise in marketing technology platforms, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts across various channels. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative thinking, and analytical skills to deliver impactful results.


Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Automation Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance the customer journey.

  2. Platform Management: Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) to create, deploy, and monitor automated campaigns. Configure workflows, email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring models to optimize campaign performance and drive desired outcomes.

  3. Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Develop personalized and targeted messaging to engage different segments of our audience throughout the customer lifecycle.

  4. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing programs to cultivate relationships with prospects and customers. Develop automated workflows to deliver relevant content and communications based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.

  5. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within marketing automation platforms by regularly monitoring and cleansing databases. Segment audience lists based on demographic, firmographic, and behavioral criteria to deliver more personalized and targeted campaigns.

  6. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of automated marketing campaigns, including key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align marketing automation initiatives with broader business strategies. Collaborate on integrated campaigns and initiatives to drive overall marketing effectiveness and revenue growth.

  8. Best Practices and Innovation: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in marketing automation. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new strategies, tactics, and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and deliverability factors.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms or related fields are a plus.
